Typicaly as with all events there is a no refund policy. However at times things happen. Here is our Event Ticket Term's and Conditions which talks about refunds and cancellations.

Ticket Refund Policy?

The only difference in Ticket Tiers is the price. Tickets are first released as Tier 1 or sometimes as Presale, which is the lowest price. Then as the event date approaches, subsequent tiers are released with higher prices as our tickets sell. If you want the cheapest tickets, be sure to buy well in advance. In the case that an event has assigned seating, prices might reflect the quality of seating. If there is not assigned seating, all our events are first come first serve - seat yourself.

Event Ticket Tiers

Having your QR code ready to scan is the most efficient system for us. If you can't find it, we're also able to look your name up in our ticketing system and check you in that way as well.

We offer free standard shipping within in Canada on orders of $149 CAD and greater(before tax). Orders less than $199 or for express orders are offered at the market rates for shipping. 
We typically ship within 2 business days of your order.
We are not currently shipping outside of Canada.
